sooooo i finally got out and got a new tripod. in the excitement of getting new shit, i started looking at lenses. i was originally looking at the canon 35mm L 1.4 but thats more then i wanted to spend right now. so i was GOING to get the sigma 30mm 1.4 but the combination of sigmas inconsistency with lens quality and the fact the store didnt have any, i decided to go with the Zeiss Distagon T* 35mm f/2 ZF. for along time i had some stick up my butt about 3rd party lens manufactory.
and based on the few tests i did, its milky as shit.
only real problem i have with it isnt so much with the lens but with my abilities. its manual focus only so it will take some getting used to.
