new lens

i took off work to hang out with my sister and nieces but they couldnt make it so i spent the day cleaning and testing out my new lens. canon TS-E 24mm. nothing mind blowing and there are some tilt problems in some but all in all semi-productive.

the best part about this picture, besides the sweet frog action, is that it hasnt been alter in post at all.

no script

while making nonsense, i shot this to show jim his boundaries. very....something.

this night is mine

this was the most interesting shoot ive ever done.  it started off as one thing, over developed into another then kinda became what it originally was. kinda. ive shown it to a couple people and they had pretty different reactions and impression so i guess it works. i hope you enjoy. even tho its depressing haha.

pre-production

so im shooting another emotion based short. i think there will be 4 in all. this one is about despair. these are basic versions of the shots that i wanna get. were planning on shooting on tuesday. the light is supposed to be insane thru the living room window.

fingers crossed.

added bonus

so while out to shoot some footage to test out final cut x, i came across this and really liked the shot. enough to take a still. i think its pretty rad.

sam kieth spiderman: take 2

while trying to exercise by taking a picture of a lost figure, i ended up just taking another shot of my sam kieth spiderman bust. came out pretty cool?
